UK reggae star and dancehall pioneer Smiley Culture and hip-hops number one vocalist Nate Dogg both died yesterday in separate incidents.
Smiley's yard in Surrey was raided on a cocaine related charge by the Met Police yesterday morning and it is claimed he stabbed himself before the police could restrain him. His mental condition was said to be unstable.
West-coast rapper Nate Dogg, most famed for his catchy hooks on tracks such as 'Oh No' with Pharoahe Monch and 'Regualte' with Warren G also passed away in the early hours of yesterday morning with the cause of death currently unknown.
